Depends on the wheels and the truck. I usually don't like black rims (there are a few exceptions like the factory wheels on the new Anniversary Trans Am) because they look like steelies unless you're up close.

The sizes sound like it would work well though. Don't go bigger than 16" with the rims though.

I know, my dad's were like that. His Cragars came on the truck when he bought it used, but I'm sure you can get them.
