Speaking of boats (which I was about to before a riceboy interruption), I found the other day that my '86 Caprice is but a mere 8-10in. longer than my wife's '91 Lumina. Which is to say either my car is smaller than I thought (doubt it) or the Lumina got big when I wasn't lookin'. Weird.

My dad's DeSoto seemed to get smaller...it was so huge when I was a youngin'...then my dad got his LHS, and it was only a foot shorter...the DeSoto didn't seem all that big anymore...albeit, the LHS is pretty big too...

#4 Early '90s. Big mistake, IMO. #6 Aparentlly it's all perspective. Made me feel silly, though. Here I thought I had a land yacht.

The Lumina APV/Trans Sport came out in 1989 I think, as a 1990 model...... They were kinda like the Aztek, functional, but unpopularly ugly

I would actually be crazy enough to trick an early Trans Sport out, only cuz I dug the front end. But I'd have to do something with the hood, and I'd have to do a V8 swap.
