this man was a geneous. if he and Grant teamed up and there was no Civil War...there would be some huge cans of whoop ass bein opened up...

He was offered the leadership of the Union army and turned it down because he wouldn't fight against his home state. Ken Burns' "Civil War" was on a couple weeks ago -- I never miss it...

General Lee is the spiritual founder of my fraternity Kappa Alpha Order. I believe he was the last true knight and gentlman.
