Don't get me wrong, i'd love to have every car in this picuture, with some exceptions to the vette. I also try to respecty all cars in a certain way. Listen i just seemed to be all the way on the M3 side, but its not really like that, they're just great cars adn are not very expensive. |

#20, Really. I'm sick of seeing everyone here kiss ass to anything with an ss logo on it or from the 70s. There's too many people here that are too ignorant to the the backgrounds and heritage of certain cars.
In this case, more people need to learn about the history of the M3s.
I've never driven an M3 before but have taken out a 7 and was impressed the way it handled, especially in sharp cornering. No american full size sedan I've ever driven has come close to that including the marauder.
There's more to life than american cars from the 70s.
I love cuda's and challengers but at the same time appreciate other cars.
Get over it. |

You're a fanboy, AC. Yes, the M3 and M5 are great cars. But what about that '88 4-door 318i that is rusted all to hell down the street? BMWs aren't the best cars in the world, no matter what you think. Personally, I don't think there is a single best car company. |

#51, I couldn't agree more. The simple fact that there are so many large car companies should be sufficient proof. |

How is it not true? What they did was its not the best handling car by all professionals driving them. what they did is slap someone in that has never driven these cars and people told them which was the best on the track, they all voted and came to the conclusion that the M3 was. |

#55, In 1997 this may have been true. But seeing as the Z06 corvette, just to name one, now produces above 1g laterally, I think the M3 has been ursuped. |
