Step one, rip off side molding, step two, buy better hubcaps, step three attach plastic to the car until car lowers to apx 2 inches

Actually, Acura is Hondas luxury division in the U.S. All Acuras are sold in Japan as Hondas. And as you can plainly see, this picture isn't from Japan.
