Roger Penske's NASCAR 1963 Pontiac. It doesn't say what model, but since it looks just like a GTO I'm assuming it's a Tempest.

That's possible. They did race Catalinas in the early '60s. But then, they also raced GTOs in the late '60s, so it could still be a Tempest.

in 63 the tempest wasn't that big and had side by side headlights and a different grille. this is coming from someone who knows her ponchos

#6, Yeah, you're right, I just looked up the '64 GTO and it looks completely different. It does look a lot like the '65 GTO, though.
