Okay I found the info on this. This guy is actually a famous stunt-rider who holds the record for the world's slowest wheelie. He also did some stunt work for The Fast and the Furious. Why he wasn't wearing any protective gear is a mystery. Apparently he wasn't seriously injured.

which reminds me, I saw "The Fast and the Furious" semi and car combos at toys "r" us. they also finaly got bullitt's mustang and bandit's trans am
