Engine- 89 2.5 with forged pistons, triple intercooler cores, 88 413 Auto trans/2.76 final drive ratio, Manual valve body, Caravan clutch packs, 88 factory TBI roller, Forward Motion Stage III head with IMSA valves, 87 2-piece intake ported for 52 mm throttle body,Forward Motion "basic" header kit, T4/T3 hybrid turbo, 3 inch downpipe, race only, 52 mm throttle body, 800 cfm cone style air filter, Oil pan with windage tray, no balance shafts, Mopar Performance 40% injectors & 5th injectors, 86-87 GLHS electronics, Boost 30-33 psi. All that ,makes for a best time of 10.86 @ 127 mph, 1.74 60 ft.

And the grand total for all of that is less than a stock 95 or so civic...

#4, Get a turbo 3 motor swapped in and mess with the timing and the wastegate and you can get it down to 13 right there...
