Description:
This is my car. Say what you will. No, I don't think it is the fastest thing on four
wheels, its actually pretty slow. Yes, I do like domestics (just not new ones. Old School
Muscle is good though). Now all the hate-mailers cant say that we all drive an SS!

110km/h is almost 70mph, and 85mph is almost 140km/h. In Sweden the highway speed is usually 110km/h (90 or 70 in areas with very heavy traffic) and that is no suggestion.

Oh but if you dont want to be filmed dont go to any street meets. Just the legal ones. The cops are now getting everything on video tape.

You can get away with high speeds in the US because the Interstates are, for the most part, straight as an arrow. In fact, driving fast is mandatory, really. Otherwise it takes for-fucking-ever to get anywhere.

(I'm referring to the highways, of course. In the city you drive under 30 [approx. 45km/h] unless you're trying to kill yourself -- and someone else.)

Yeah, Grudge night is legal. Held at the Drag Strip somewhat near my home (50 miles.) Long as you pass tech your good. It was amusing to see a Le Mans (the little econo-box one) go against an 800HP Full Blown Drag-racing Camaro.

I actually ended up going faster on the freeway to and from the strip, than I did on the strip.

'Round here, our speed limits seem to be a little bit lower than where NOSSucks is. 70MPH on the highways (not that anybody besides me actually FOLLOWS the speed limit) and 45 on most of the surface streets.

Well, nobody on the freeway but me, my friend in a Laser (Turbo), a New Mercedes (Kompressor), and some other car (couldnt tell.) It was funny, the Mercedes at one point just stomped on the gas, he was out of sight in about 3 seconds.

I slowed down after I hit 110 though, didnt feel like dying unless its on the track. :) And even on the track Im pretty safety conscious. I wore a damn helmet in my car and I didnt even break 80 on the strip.
