Haven't been able to do this for a while, though, because it seems like I've always either got homework to do (lately, big programming assignments), or need to Photoshop something.

#5, Time-consuming, though. The model in this picture took around 3 hours. Designed by Jun Maekawa.

Bahamut and the unicorn both took around 4-5 hours to do--Bahamut had a total of six clawed appendages (complete with fingers/toes/whatever), a horned face, and weird wings. Designed by Satoshi Kamiya (who does some really insane superdetailed stuff-- http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~qr7s-kmy/ ).

#7, Well, I work in a freakin' computer lab. I need to do something to pass the time and keep me from going totally insane. Haven't gotten to do anything much with this since the beginning of this school year, though.

#8, Just judging by family history, I would be an utterly psychotic drunk.

And yes, life is that boring.

#11, Aren't "chasing tail" and "getting a CS degree" pretty much contradictory goals? :-)

#11, but I could have done my computer job right out of high school...

#13, Yeah, that's what really bothers me about the whole thing. I'm going to college to earn a degree for something I could do with a highschool education. Definitely an argument for grad school..in another subject.

#12, well.. yeah... I started college pursuing a *cough* philosophy major... then I switched to EE... I had a big interest in audio electronics for awhile... got sick of thrashing around with advanced physics and went crash course with CS... going to the summer and spring semesters... got out of college - got a dumb customer support job (with a lot of maintenance programming) doing EDI stuff... quit that job after a few years, then started working at my current job as an 'EDI Business Analyst' which consists of keeping my company up to standards and a bit of programming.... mostly improving the package they are currently running for EDI and ERP. god, I hate computers...

#15, I've done really well at the CS stuff so far, but it's nothing that I want to do for a living. Been taking a few law-related courses on the side and am contemplating going to law school.

ed: After this semester, I should only need one more year to complete my BS.

#14, yeah, the grad school thing would definitely lead to some interesting computer subjects... a basic programming job is more of a 'hack' thing. Very little creativity, just make what the customer wants in the shortest amount of time with the best quality you can put in it... I do pride myself for making software that works!! You wouldn't believe the shit I saw when I had to fix other people's crap (my first job after college).

I consider myself a wasted potential... but hey, I got a family, a nice house, and 3 cars... eh... whatya gonna do? I should have been an archeologist... I like old things/history...

#18, Yeah, there's that too. I don't know if I'm interested in going on for an MS, or doing something entirely different.
