The rims are 7 spokes/5 lugs combination - it looks like ass (just be glad GM's J's don't have 4 lugs). Those rims are also rather "flat-faced" - they're not concaved.

Not the worst sign - but a definite sign of rice. Again - it's a about getting that drag coefficent down (that's from modding the door handels and badges). Maybe the owner wanted to save 500 grams by getting rid of the hood prop support.
Futhermore - to add more tabasco to the meal - look at the photo. It's says NOPI. If you're on this site and don't know what nopi is - then you need to stop while you are ahead before you make a massive mistake.

shaved handles - not necesarily rice
these rims - not rice
tires - half rice
body kit - rice
orange corners - not rice
purple flames - not rice, you guys always talk about being original so here it is
hood- mild rice
no badge - not rice, a stang with no badge aint rice, right.so deal, non-v-8 car
fart pipe - if it works, not rice. if for show, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad rice
side skirts - upper = rice. lower = ok
banner - all banners are rice
