At high school someone once sabatoged my truck by pouring potting soil in the gas tank, two days later, my filter clogged up and left me stranded

Not that bad... I knew a guy who somebody put rocks in the intake of his supercharged '88 mustang... whoever did that needs to be taught a lesson... supercharger, and strong 5.0 gone like that... the only thing that survived was the cam, everything else had to be replaced. |

Now that's just not cool, harmless stuff and pranks are okay, but trashing someone's engine is just wrong, fuel filters are a dime a dozen, but they just left that guy out at least $1500, assuming he can fix it himself |

hell no. he was out $6k... in HIGH SCHOOL. the supercharger exploded, sending the vanes through the cylinder heads, out through the hood, literally 4 inches into the iron block, and then the damage debalanced the crank, and 4 connecting rods shot out the walls, a piston went though the hood... all in about 2 seconds... |

we found out who did it, too. you know what he got? 3 days suspension. no fines, no jail time, no nothing. for BLOWING UP A CAR! Then again, his car got to be the victim of a real bad hit and run accident a coupla days later (totaled it) ... he said it looked like a 454 GMC pickup, gee, I wonder who's that was... and he got beat down pretty bad, too. you just don't do that shit... |

Yeah, what was he expecting to happen? Everyone was going to get a good laugh out of it? I find it hard that no one could press charges against this guy. I don't know who got me, but my truck had a non-locking twist off cap on the bed that could be removed in about 2 seconds, and the soil cam from a planter I parked next to, just a crime of opportunity from a passing asshole. I'm gonna have to get a locking nut for the top of my air cleaner to protect my current engine, since the 79' F-birds have external hood pops. |

I had to completely redo the hood latching mechanism on my Mustang to set it up with an inside latch, after all my spark plug wires got stolen. I've got a locking gas cap, though. I'm not taking any chances with that. |

Someone used to come around and slash a tire on my Turbo 91 Prelude (RIP) every weekend. After a few expensive tires, I had a friend of mine park acress the street and we waited there with a camera. Turned out to be a teenage Honda driver (surprise surprise) who had no real motive, from my perspective. He lived down the street and decided it would be fun to slash a tire on his way to work or wherever. Next weekend, after the photos were developed, we went down there and stole all four of his wheels (nice alloys, with relatively good tires). Bolted right up to my car. Left a photo in the window of him with the knife in my tire. He never touched it again. |

ok, i guess ill add my little story lol.. growing up there used to be this kid, sort of the town bully so to speak, im sure u know the type. anyways this kid used to steal my sound system atleats twice a yea for 2 years. i didnt find out it was him untill i stayed at his friends sisters house and he stole the system from my car while i was there over-night. i confronted him and ofcourse he denied it, he even had the balls to try and have me jumped for thinking it was him. but after i put up a fight they all just ran off. anyhow, i remember saying to myself damn this kid needs die..not actually meaning it just u know how ya just think or say shit like that sometimes.. well, 2 years later after not hearing from him or about him i was talking with a friend, we were looking back on some shitty things that have happend to us and i ask what ever happed to ( so and so). my friend said , u dont know? i was like dont know what.. he told me the kid had died 6 months ago. drug OD.. |
