The meat doesn't make the kids fat, it's their babysitters, Mr. TV, Mr. Internet, and Ms. Playstation.
If a kid loads up on veggie burgers and sits on his/her fat butt all evening, they'll still become obese.
SHUT YA MOUTHS, PETA. |

gotta let your kids run around...
we ate hamburgers almost everyday when I was growing up... and all of my family are thinnish... but we ran around, biked, hiked, skateboarded, played basketball, football, soccer, swam, etc.
How many fat teenage skateboarders do you see?
kids are just tooo easily distracted with non-physical activities these days. I went to a water park a few summers ago, and there were plenty of teenage girls with cellulite on their ass! I mean they are 16 for god's sake... this is supposed to be their best time. |

#19, You've got to have carbs though. Energy comes from carbs. When you go on a low-carb diet, you get your energy from proteins, and that's unnatural and allegedly can lead to health problems later on. |

Anybody go to that site? What a bunch of bullshit propaganda!
"And studies indicate that compared to meat-eaters, vegans suffer 40 to 60 percent less cancer, are nine times less likely to be obese, suffer a fraction of the heart attack rate, and are better lovers because the saturated fat and cholesterol in meat clog the arteries going to all our arteries, not just to our heart."
Based on what studies? I dare someone to try and find resources to these studies anywhere on the site. |

#23, bah - shouldn't do a zero carb diet, but people do get TOO many carbs/sugar. Body doesn't need that much - it is all about balance. |

Not that I really care, I gave up trying to argue any valid points with the "Meat is murder, eggs are rape" crowd a long time ago, their either wackos that think humans are unfairly at the top of the food chain and need displaced, or are merely juming on the bandwagon to further a political cause |

My take on it is that these so called "Animal Rights Activists" really think that they're superior to all other animals. All other animals kill each other for food, but humans shouldn't because they're better or something.
The "Vegans" are 10 times more big-headed than the people they accuse of the same. |

#34, It really is a case of arrogance when you get down to the vegans, I haven't met one who wasn't very condescending or very whiney about the lack of vegan stuff everywhere they went |
