Description:
I'm seriously doubting this if it is a type R someone is played out of money when the value of these go up but NE ways LIES LIES
Fong Yaaj - murdercity, Minnesota ( 3/13/03 )
This is the elusive 1997 Integra Type-R (only 400 made in the U.S.). It is considered the fastest stock 4-cylinder and one of the best handling cars under $60k ever made. It was a blast to drive but I made it better here is the list of modifications I made to the car: EXTERIOR- Ro-Ja formula 5 18` wheels w/ toyo proxes fz4 tires($2600), McGuard spline drive lugs ($80), kaminari full carbon-fiber hood($1130), matrix carbon-fiber taillights($210), calipers custom coated with ruby hiper color by HPC ($512), window tint ($280) INTERIOR- Jackson Racing boost, air/fuel, and fuel pressure gauges w/ autometer gauge pod ($400), Apex-i rev/speed meter w/g-sensor($300), Infinity Basslink sub/amp box($280) PERFORMANCE- Jackson Racing supercharger ($3200), map sensor convertor($210), Vpac v-tech controller($320), Comptech intake w/icebox connection($350), kamikaze header short4-1 ($350), Nology wires($180), ACT 3400 clutch($410), 6.75lb. comptech flywheel ($450), powerslot rotor front and rear ($390), AEM/Stillen racing pads($180), DC sports short shifter ($80), test pipe, O2 sensor simulator ($45), Groung Control coilovers ($320) Needless to say, after OVER $12,000 of upgrades, this car is fast and is a headturner. I`ve made many a Z28 and Mustang GT have no option but to look at the carbon-fiber altezzas.

Another note: ITRs still had 4 lugs in 97; they switched over to 5 in 98, if I remember correctly.
