I don't think this is rice at all...those rear tires are WIDE...and that exhaust pipe is no joke...I think he has the power to back the wing up...

All race Vipers I have seen have had a wing just like this one, and of the same size. And a ricer wouldn't have one centered, and fairly well hidden, exhaust pipe bent towards the ground, would he?

...Wait a fuggin' minute...Vipers have dual exhaust coming straight out the back IIRC...So why the hell do I only spy one single exhaust pipe? Did this dumbass decide to merge both exhausts into one?
