Description:
I frown in the general direction of whoever owns this car... it's been sitting for years, in front of what used to be a Dodge dealership. Dad says he remembers it sitting in the same place years ago.

It's holding together well, anyway. Anytime I see a car that's been sitting for years and is still pretty solid, I always console myself with the fact that it will probably outlast its owner, and the next ones may not be so stupid.

No No! Chopper as in you chop the top. Damn has no one here seen what happens when people like me get a hold of a 49-51 Mercury? That was a chopper long before any motorcycle.

No chop, no drop, no blower. Just fix the rust, paint it, polish the chrome, inflate the tires and replace the front side marker.
