It really would look pretty darn good if it didn't have the potato cannons out back.

At least the potato cannons aren't useless. Same this as a damn truck putting some flows out the back or something. Most people diss on the "cannons" because they don't like anything but American cars. I'm not assuming that about anyone here on the site ((cough)), but it's a damn shame when a LIGHTLY modded NSX is rice because it has exhaust and wheels, even though it's putting out approx. 280 HP stock, and it's a well-tuned midship style street/race car. A damn shame indeed.

#2, Sorry...the NSX doesn't impress me at all...I used to think it was awesome, because of the "light weight" aluminum construction...but when I found out my "low-tech" steel-bodied Mustang-based 1983 Mecury Capri weighed approx. 350 lbs LIGHTER than an average NSX, I was shocked.

#3, so are you trying to say your Capri could run an NSX?

#2, I realize that most import cars have a muffler arrangement that pretty much necessitates cannon-style exhaust--BUT that does not justify 3" outlet resonators. And I would go straight-piped with 2" or 2.25" tubing long before I would stick two freaking spud guns on the back of an NSX.

#4, WHERE THE FUCK DID I SAY THAT?! OR EVEN IMPLY IT, DIPSHIT?!

All I'm saying is that all the ricer fuckwads like to talk about "The NSX is so expensive because of all the technology that went into to make it superlightweight! That's why it's so fast!"

...and here I am with my slow as shit "low-tech dumbestic" that's built with basically standard '70s Detroit technology, and it's more than 300lbs LIGHTER!

The NSX is overpriced. If it's SUPPOSED to be "lightweight", then they failed in that mission.

#8, Whoa whoa....it's aight man! I think the NSX is about 5 times too expensive too lol. It's straight bro, and everyone else in this thread - it's straight too, I'm not trying to put anyone down. I'm just saying, as far as the CAR goes, excluding price, it comes stock as a very quick little car! So if it's just exhaust that makes it rice, then all these trucks driving around with glasspacks and stuff are rice too! I can't stand it that some cars are counted as rice because they aren't good ole American muscle, or trucks.

Pull the Spud Cannon's and I'd own it, long enough to sale it and buy a new engine for the T-Bird.
