i was reading a gt vs. ferarri comparo in motortrend, and it's funny how the domestic sports car stick to the whole "bigger is better" thing...a s/c 5.4 making 550lb-ft, yet it was only .1 seconds faster to 60 and in the 1/4 than a 4.2 or 4.3 liter ferrari...still nice cars tho

but still... its the whole cost thing... its cheaper to build up an american supercharged v8 than a specifix engine for a ferarri with lots more cylinders and stuff

#2, yeah but when you're paying 150grand, they should be able to afford some high-tech things...but i'm not complaining, i like the 5.4

Ferrari also went with 'Bigger is better', they went from a 3.6 liter V8 for the 360 Modena to a 4.3 liter V8 for the 430.

#6, i just meant that the GT uses brute force and the 430 uses finesse

i also found it interesting that the first gear in the gt goes to like 70mph...kinda like a bike
