I'm hoping this was a promotional car.
Way back when, when the original Game Boy started to be offered in color cases, Nintendo started the Play It Loud! campaign. Those Game Boys for instance was called the Play It Loud! series.

Back when Sega Genesis was considered the "hip" console with the cooler commercials, Nintendo kicked their asses with this one....though it hasn't aged very well.
