Not bad, but I still dont think the G-bodies have the most exciting design..

#2, bah - better than almost anything else out there in the 80s... just a matter of opinion of course! - and I do own one!
it's simple, has a nice notch back, long hood... Nascar looks... works for me... but hey, I prefer the fox mustang LX to the GT - I like a clean look.

#2, not exactly a 60s Chevelle, Olds Cutlass... but these are still very affordable and just as modifiable as any of those cars...
I was looking at a '68 Camaro... then a '65 Dodge Dart w/ a 340... and a Mustang Convertible... but ended up with my MCSS instead...

#4, Eesh, I never said they were ugly. I like the fact that they can be made to spank just about anything more easily than a lot of other things, but I just dont think they look as good as everyone claims. Just a matter of opinion. On the Fox note- Im not a fan of the hatch, but a dark-colored notchback just does wonders if theres a good amount of chrome trim (not too much but you know, enough). I also dont like the SS nose of the G-bodies..waaaay too overdone. As for the "better than almost anything else out there in the 80s"- just look at the 80s, there isnt much that does look good. :P

#5, I know... I'm a child of the 80s... so these cars are kinda extra-neat for me... we used to race 'em (and beat 'em) in my friends 318 powered scamp...
The SS-nose on the monte carlo is a love or hate thing... I personally think it's quite wicked looking and it was designed for aerodynamics in mind...

#9, Weren't they G bodies from the time they were redesigned in 1978 through the 1987 model year?
