the asshat probably meant water-sprayed intercooler. And if you're going to weigh down your car with a stereo system, at least get something decent like Alpine!

Oh I have first hand experience. Every day. Both speakers in the front of my car are Sony Xplods. Used to be in the back til I realized how much better the Pioneers are.

Only reason I have a sub is because I used to work at Good Guys. I got major discounts on car audio stuff. Otherwise, I am way too broke
I was able to drown out a pair of 12" sony expldes with my 1 JL 12". I also have dynamat. It helps a lot.

my sony Xploded after 3 years of use.
sony does sucks but i think u get what u pay for. i mean they ARE cheap. i got mine for 200 bucks with a pair of 6X9s lasted 3 years and it;s worth it

#10, Maybe on drag radials in really low elevation on a cold day and drinking race fuel. sure as hell not on street tires and pump gas.

#12, I was smelling BS the instant he said he had a car that was running 11's AND had tons of stereo in it, sorry, the two are mutualy exclusive, besides, I think I've seen about 35 different posers say that this is "thier" car on cardomain and other places.......

#13, Well, in some peoples defense with stereos and strip times (not this person), its not that hard to pull the sub box out and then make a run.
On another note, I have 2 Boston 12" subs in my car.
