This must be a photoshop, compare the thickness of the front right tire with the front left..

The rims have a "lip" that overlap the edge of the tire...that's why the tire looks thinner on the outside than the inner.

You can see it's the same rim on the other side. And also, they have the wheels turned at the same angle. I'm tired of people who think everything is photoshopped.

But the thing is that I dont think they make wheel with just 1" side, and the "lip" yes that 's true but this lip looks like its extremely large. But I'm not the one that can't admit to have wrong, but it sure looks "shopped". And YES it does look STUPID.

I saw a 24" wheel at a carshow this spring, f-in HUGE.
