apperance = stock, bought used, came tinted & fully loaded.
switched to a diff black leather shift knob over stock black leather shift knob "turkey drumstick"

deleted ashtray and mounted aluminum panel with switch for preformance shift mode, as i could not locate a shift knob with a 12 v acc toggle switch.

hidden behind a flap untill you want to flip the switch.

1000 char limit is killing me,
i also run good year gator backs, to eliminate slipage on s/c
and the AF-52 oil filter that is much larger than stock, adds a bit more filtering power :-P no biggie tho...

96 and up is all series II....

Wouldn't waste my time on a series 1 superchaged because they used the M62 blower and not the m90, you cant really turn the m62 faster than what it is from the factory...

stock M90 pulley from gm is 3.8''
stock M62 pulley from gm is 2.75'' IIRC

I am also building a intercooler for it, :-D there are 3-4 on the market and they are ether WAY expensive and good (2500-1500, i paid 2300 for all the parts from the swap, not including the take offs i am selling) or cheap and crummy... since i have a CNC i will just make my own for a hell of a lot less and it should be perrty good, they are water to air, so think of it as an aluminum brick with a hole in the middle that sits under the blower with a heat exchanger inside it that you run water/antifreez thru, then another heat exchanger on the front of the car... kinda like lightnings and cobras, but theirs use the AC compressor instead of a small aux radiator to cool them IIRC . if its enough to get rid of all the Knock Retard with a 3 inch pulley i will be happy. the rockers should help too...

if you are familiar with the IC set up on Magnacharger's corvette kit its the same idea.

#4, if i could have gotten a series III from an 04 gtp i would have but junk yards have waiting lists!!! and the price is rediculious.

the only difference between series 2 and 3 is the gen 5 m90, slightly bigger vlaves, slightly diff lower intake mani, and acouple little tranny things like a ratchiting sprag...

i figured i would pick up a gen 5 after some of them start wrecking in afew years.

ah.. dont forget the series 2 have much stronger bottom ends, and the pistions and rods are forged (iirc) to solve the problem we have with ours.

series 3 you mean?

yeah they have "powdered metal" rods, not forged... they are suposed to be stronger than ours... but one of the guys posted that it wasn't all that better... think he was one of the zzp guys

that 4.1 stroker that zzp had didnt break untill almost 500 wheel HP... and that bottom end is WEAKER than the stock one.
