I still say the Mustang II is not a rip off, it was just the Mustang going back to its roots. sure it didn't make a lot of power, but it still had a 302 in it, slap a few aftermarket goodies on (even back then) and you had one bad little car. granted this car sucks monkey balls

I don't like the high "shoulders" of the Mustang II. There's just too much sheetmetal above the front wheel, and too much of it is flat. For a Mustang II to look truly good to me, it'd have to be lowered, and the front wheelwells would have to be re-radiused and stuff.

And why does this POS have my hood-scoop? :p

The mustang II was the most anemic car Ford ever built, it's a great build-up platform, but out of the box, it stunk, and this guy has ruined this one even more with the stupid "Shit sparkle" paint, and he didn't even mask off the bumper.....

#5, People wonder how the firbird managed to sell so well in 77' - 80', despite having only 185HP? There's your answer........

#7, Thing is, just changing the heads on those motors will bump that up by 75 - 100%

It's all because they're running 7:1 compression

I'd sport it with some engine modifications. oh yeah and the Mustang II saved the Mustang.

I've been seeing more of these lately. Could their day in the sun finally be coming?
