I've seen a few of these... wasn't really all that different...they just took a normal Pulsar coupe/hatchback and replaced the flat hatch door with one that made the car look like a wagon...

I always kinda liked these.

A guy that lives 10 miles from my house has about 6 of these in canary yellow.. All of them are 87-88 Sportsroof

I guess these cars were made modularly, that is the rear section of the car bolted on and off easily and could be changed from a wagon to a HB easily.

Pontiac also did something simalar with the Trans Am in the late 80s. except it replaced the glass hatch with a notchback hatch that didn't really do much for luggage space
