#1, Yeah, we only got the 4-door sedan version of the Metro of the generation AFTER this...in this generation of Metro, we only got the 2-door hatch.

we did however get the 4 door version of the Swift in this generation. but you hardly ever see them here. also you hardly ever see Swifts at all here.

WTF? Swift sedan a Geo?
Swifts were very light and pretty swift (especially the GTi) and sedans were available with AWD.

Also, while I don't have any figures, I'd bet that the Metro was one of the best selling cars in Canada in the early 90s.

im a canadinan and i've never once seen a swift/metro sedan. only converts and hatches

#12, Maybe it depends on where in Canada you live. I went to Quebec and saw tons of the sedans . That's where Disrupture lives too. Anyway what you described sound like where I live. I've seen many hatchbacks and convertibles (mostly Metros) but you hardly ever see sedans of this generation. (which were only sold as Swifts in the US) Then they stopped making the swift sedans and switched them over to the Metro line.
