semi-ricer things I have done, or have come close to doing -
first truck/car I drove - an '84 Nissan truck I wanted to get a bodykit for it (this was way back) - but never did due to lack of cash.
about 6 years ago seriously considered buying a civic cx hatch, getting a bodykit, and supercharging it... but bought a '95 Nissan truck instead
5 years ago I installed a cold air kit on a '97 Altima.... it sounded like shit, so I went back to stock... that's when I started to realize that modifying econo 4-bangers and adding bodykits was a waste of time... and remembered what I liked about the old RWD V8 cars...

#24, and I almost bought an early 90s 'teg once, but was beat to it by someone else...
so I used to really be an import fanatic... and would diss on american cars all the time...
then I had borrowed my dad's beater '93 Mercury Sable when my truck was in the shop after getting creamed in an accident. I really liked it... I finally had plenty of legroom, a big leather bench seat, a *cough* 3.8L v6 that seemed way more powerful than the same hp rated Altima engine... the comfort level was waaay higher than the 'tima.

If it makes you guys feel any better, the car was sold since dad never fixed it after it died and its all torn apart now for parts for another CRX. Some kid bought it. :P
