Oh good God, this is like from 3 or 4 years ago... thank God nothing ever came of it, and it slipped into obscurity...

*looks at "last update" on website*

Good Lord, they're still trying to put this in production?! >_<

Doesn't look like a modern Packard, looks like a damn modern 6000SUX, and not in a good way.

I remember seeing this thing on the internet about seven years ago. And just as I did then, I still think it looks better than 90% of the new cars on the market.

"Last update 10/20/06"

What's the official time period before you can (hopefully) legally declare something dead?

[edit] Ah, on their news section...

"May 10 2007
The owners of Packard Motor Car Company are offering the Company for sale. Assets include the Packard Automobile Name Trademark, the Packard V-12 running prototype, engineering data and photo files, and spare parts and toolage."

Don't you mean
The owners of PackardĀ® Motor Car Company are offering the Company for sale. Assets include the PackardĀ® Automobile Name Trademark, the PackardĀ® V-12 running prototype, engineering data and photo files, and spare parts and toolage."

:P

Looks a bit like a melted Bentley Continental to me.
