#18, Simple. The one with the longest name is the fastest... that should be the Skyline GT-R V-spec II Nür, at least that was the final production model... like 550hp or something.

#21, yep. The Nur aka N1 is the most race ready production NIssan Skyline aside from Nismo.

#19, The Japanese cars had huge advantages in GT and GT2, but in GT3 they evened it out.
