If you are referring to the hood/front quarter panel, that's just sun glare or oxidation.

1. Respray it.
2. Add some chrome pony wheels.
3. Add matching chromed rear exhaust extensions (but not too big).
4. Take off the headlight covers and clean them. Don't forget to put them back on.
5. Sport the hell out of it.
