Hey, ambient, take ups' cock out of your mouth right quick. I highly recommend no one order UPS if you are unsure of the precautions taken by the distributing company against product breaking. UPS drivers throw loose packages into their trucks, there is no care taken for the package. I work at a distribution center for electronics/computer crap and I see it 5 days a week. There is a reason comp usa has switched all of its business to fedex, about 25% of the packages we sent to them via UPS were badly damaged and returned to us. With fedex? we've had about 5 boxes returned. (We ship roughly 1000-2500 comp usa invoices on a weekly basis). Shut the hell up.

I just got a package from UPS, and the box was beatup, and the item inside was severly damaged. I'm going to try to solve the problem with the eBay seller first, then see about contacting UPS, it DID have insurance on it.

I've always had good luck with UPS-shipped stuff. I might be more cautious now, though, remembering that Mr. Motsarky works for them.
