#1, Indeed.

I also think the grille somewhat resembles Daewoo's old grille
http://photo.ricecop.com/pics/daewooleganza.jpg
But much, MUCH uglier.

The front-end insanity, to me, seems almost Alfa-influenced. http://www.rsportscars.com/foto/02/...TA_front800.jpg

And what the heck is that at the back of the roof, exactly? Do they have a trunk wing and a roof spoiler now?

#4, I tried doing a search to see if I could find another angle of it, but I came up dry. Did find this, though:

I wish they were making that instead.

#5, Looks like it's available in Japan. They get that and we get this. :(

I think Subaru is deliberately trying to screw us. There are probably some fat cats sitting in a board room in Tokyo smoking cigars going "Hah hah, stupid Americans. They'll buy anything that comes from Japan."

The Tribeca is the goofiest looking thing I've seen in a while, too. http://www.autointell-news.com/News...TRIBECA-115.jpg

#7, http://www.edsel.com/pages/e58cit2c.gif - I think it's becoming more and more obvious where they're getting their styling from.

Speaking of the Tribeca, has anyone seen the commercial for it, where they say it's "whan an SUV should be"? Right.

i like the front much better than the current one, it looks evo-ish now, but for the 30th time, are the specs any different?

and i dont even mind the tribeca as much as say, the cayenne

id sport it. 300 hp AWD is hard to argue with. i think Evo is definately NOT what subaru was going for.
