"Your Hummer was washed away by the river. You lost 3 soccer balls, 2 starbucks latte, 2 cell phones and a golden retriver"

I saw one of these the other day. Looks like a bigger Jeep Liberty.

#3, how dare you! it's no lowly jeep! never mind the fact that it's sitting on a chevy platform, using a chevy engine, and a chevy transmission, it's a hummer, damnit! and you will pay out the ass just like everybody else for that distinction, asshole!

:)

#4, i guess i should have said "colorado engine, colorado transmission, colorado platform", since the hummer H1 alpha uses a duramax and a chevy trans

I was actually amused to find that the hood on the things is lower than the hood of my truck.

#8, Probably just like I was amused to find that the new BMW "Mini" is taller, and almost as long as, my Mirage that has a freaking DECKLID/trunk.

#9, you're shitting me, right? I would've never thought your car was smaller than the "Mini"

#10, Well, it's not "smaller"... it's lower, definitely, but my car is still longer than a new Mini... but just by a little.

The new Mini really is a joke. You look at an old Mini, and the first thing you think is "Wow, that bugger IS small!"... the new Mini... eh, it's a bloated fascimile.

#11, indeed. I prefer than old Mini to the "reincarnation". Same with the Hummers. I would drive an H1, but it would be a cold day in hell before I drove an H2 or H3 or H4 or whatever the next psuedo-Hummer is.
