Carbon Fiber doesn't rust, but metal suspension and drivetrain parts do.

#6, Yuppers... same deal with Fibreglass cars like the Corvette... when my dad bought his '81 used in '87*, he thought, "Hey, fibreglass car, I don't have to worry about rust!"...

Underneath the fibreglass body pieces, the car was a rustbucket... my dad had to spend a lot of time and money repairing it...

*My dad once told me what his options were in '87... the '81 Corvette (for various reasons he didn't want a newer one), a new Mustang 5.0 convertible, or a new Buick Regal T-Type. MY FATHER COULD HAVE HAD A T-TYPE REGAL!!! ARGGHHH!!! Instead he buys a used, rusted out 190hp Corvette >_<
