#1, WTF? is right!!!!..I had an '87 Laser..it was one big POS...killed it in less than 30 days.

#5, Maybe if this were a drag racing event, from what I've seen, boost is usually turned off or set really low, to avoid those huge power spurts when hitting the higher RPMs out of turns.

#9, Depends on how you have it tuned. If you do a correct turbo setup, boost will be progressive and smooth throughout the rpm range.

This would look more at home at a Crash-a-Rama Enduro rather than an autocross...
