It IS a Pinto, and it has too many louvers on the hood.

Those look like Thunderbird Turbo Coupe wheels, so I'm guessing this car as the 4 cylinder turbo conversion?

I think he was referring to the orange car w/ the TQ wheels. Based on the body lines and the hood, I have no idea on what it is.
