I read about that somewhere, can't remember now. But supposedly its a industructable car, if i remember correctly. Its like driving an Abrams tank down the highway.

I think I remember what it was used for now. Either one hell big amored van or for prisoners who needed high levels of sercurity. I seem to remember it off a movie.
