I'd rather be surrounded by K-whoppers and Macks than Excursions and Suburbans. At least semi drivers know what they're doing and how to handle their monsters.

Yea,I love those cars, they're cheap and easy;) I've driven both versions of the ford, both the lightning and a regular f150. the handling is far different and so is the power, but you could easily get into a wreck with both. It's what low-tech was saying, just know the car's limits and you'll be ok.

Well, if that's what G-bodies are, then I like G-bodies. Old Monte Carlo SSs and Buick Grand Nationals are damn nice cars.

yeah, now that I know what G-Bodies are (never could keep track of those Letter-Bodies) I agree with you, they're sweet.

I'm still building on my cutlass, it's my 2nd one and they're just really good cars, I'd like to see more people take an interest in them cause they can run with mustangs and camaros if they're built up right and still have a nice ride

I agree, G-bodies are GM's equivalent of the Thunderbird. Lots of power stock, gobs of potential, yet good ride and reasonably luxurious. But for whatever reason, they get passed over for Mustangs and F-bodies.

That's one of the main reasons I went with the G-body and olds in general, they're something different and they'll woop anyone without them suspecting it. Mine's got the mufflers welded directly to the headers right now, so that might give something away.
