Ok I have seen it all this is the gayest truck I have ever seen, the new ram looks bad enough without those wheels,
I wonder if it has as weak a tranny as the normal rams.... |

I dunno why he's complaining, he drive s 5-speed civic. The 3 speed auto in my Ram is old and it makes a lot of funny noises but it still works just fine |

MInd you, I'm inclined to agree with him... that has bicycle tires on it. I mean, yes, it's all fine and dandy that it has a 500 horsepower v10 in it... but
a)I really don't liek the new rams to begin with...
b)The truck is going to be super assed expensive... it will have to be near the price of the Viper if not more... why you might ask? Well, if you cna have a 500hp Viper for 75,000... or a 500hp Truck for 40,000... which would you pick?
c)A 500hp Dodge Viper with a 3 inch ground clearence is a good idea. a 500 hp truck That is 6 feet tall... well... isn't.
I don't know. I wasn't a big fan of the Lightning either. What I think Dodge should do is make some sort of affordable performance car, really. Something to compete with The Camaro and Mustang first. Then maybe go after the Lightning. And instead of the V-10, maybe they could go with the Dakota's 5.8 V8. The Lightning only has a 5.4 I believe so it is possible.
Anyway, i'm sure I'm going to get flamed. So bye. ;) |

JimmyD - Go to car 542.. Chrysler Diamlers new concept car.. 6spd 2.4 ltr rwd 250 hp 4 banger.. its bright orange, kinda ugly.. but under 20,000.. But would I trade the stratty in for it? Hmm... maybe... if it stayed under 20,000 and it doesn't become the next civic.. |

I agree w/ JimmyDs comment about havin 500 hp in a ft tall truck.. especially w/ those rubber band tires..Why didn't they do that to the Dakota?.. BUT.. I do like the new Rams. AND NO LONG BED! =)~ |

Nah, no long bed. Like I was saying, 500hp500ft/lbs on a 6 foot truck isn't good. It's even worse if the truck is 3 feet longer... It don't matter how much you lower it or how big the tires on it are... it's a simple fact that trucks still won't corner as well as say... a Viper. :D
Plus, I like short beds too. If you're making a sport truck, you've already thrown functionality out the window. So you might as well make it as sporty as possible.
For some reason, though, some idiot will make four wheel drive an option for that thing and advertise it as a "real off roader" with 20" rims. :/
And Yea, I've seen that car Hatin, I actually like it... it's rather retro and Sort of reminds me of a cross between the 66-67 Mustangs, the Audi TT, and the Porshe Boxster with a Dodge Grill. It's also a two seater with quite a bit of power... 250/230 ft/lbs I think. Not bad at all. The front needs a little work... it's a little too flat or something. And it won't be the next Civic unless Civics start putting out 300 horses Stock. ;D
BTW Car #542 is now a Saturn or something. lol Reminds me of Danny...
