Seeing that 4th gen Civic brings back memories of Auto Tech in high school... guy in our class got a 4th gen sedan for free from someone... the paint was all fucked, and the engine was shot.

After trying for a week to get the engine running, the teacher just looked at us and said, "You know what we need to do with this engine? Tie a chain around it and make it a boat anchor."

So, the kid managed to make a deal with a junkyard to get an engine out of a wrecked Civic... we got it, put it in... that car ran beautifully... in regards to the paintjob... the kid had spent all his budget on getting the engine, so a few cans of Krylon turned the car from looking like shit, to looking like spray-painted shit.

Also, someone at my work has a brown MKIII sedan that seems to be amazingly rust free (from what I can see)
