Awsome truck! 12's with a 4500 pound truck with a small block! Try THAT with a rice motor! And you can bet that "primitive" old small block Chevy V-8 cost alot less to build than a rice motor!
You're right, people HATE loosing to trucks! I have a fast truck also. Rice boy at work couldn't even get near me even with his NOS and I got is lousy old 3 speed auto and "GASP!" carburetor! |

mmmmm fast trucks. good deal. sounds like a nice setup ya got there... but the pic doesn't show a very good angle. could ya get another one perhaps?
are ya gonna get a bigger engine? say, a 383 stroker or maybe a 400SB? i'm slappin a 454 into my cherokee eventually... BBs rule! |

I am so glad I sold my Corolla. Nothing like a 3-speed auto with nothing to back it up. |

I think this is the same truck I've seen at the track. it was a while ago, but I think he was still running low 13's. he's gotten into the 12's now, thats pretty badass. |

I'll respect ANY decently set-up 3/4 Ton truck, period, I love em'. Geeze, this is bringing back memories of the truck I used to drive in high school, a 78' Dodge. It wasn't "fast" in that I never raced it or built it to drag, but with an Edelbrock Performer Carb/Intake + headers on the inside, and primer/rust/rag-stuffed-in-the-gas-tank-filler on the outside, it redefined the term "sleeper". I loved passin' rice going uphill in it. Those dented-up chrome bumpers also ensured that people got out of the way mighty fast. :-) |
