Description:
Ran across this while Googling for electric cars. It's called the "Town Car" and you can supposedly buy the plans and build it yourself. The question is... why? |

MOTHERFUCK!
Just last night - I was visiting the website of RQ Riley Enterpires - the people who make this and other cars.
http://www.rqriley.com/
The Town Car in question

I was looking for more source images of their Phoenix Van for use in the sketchup model I'm making. http://www.rqriley.com/phx.html
BTW, does anyone know that kinds of wheels are on the Phoenix van?
Their range of cars:

The company itself appears to have been making and selling plans for alternative cars and other motive products since the 70's. Kinda dodgy looking site and the products seem to be made of foam board and fiberglass. |

The wheels on the Phoenix do indeed look like Western Cyclones, or at least an imitation. That was a popular wheel style in the '70s, especially on vans, so they had a few imitators. |
