#2, Even thought it was the fault of a woman (again) - it was a 1980 Corvette. Think - what was are the reddeming qualities of a 1980 C3.

The 1980 Corvette is very cheap, but has the best styling of the C3 generation (subjective)... it is slow, yes, but it also is the penultimate year of the carbed engine in the Corvette, and with a bit of retro-fitting ~1970 Corvette V8 pieces to the engine, it can be quite powerful on a small budget... also, I believe 1980 was the first year of power seats offered in the Vette... either that, or '81 was.

I don't feel at all sorry for the 3-Series but I wish the Vette didn't have to die too.

#6, Yeah, I'm actually more concerned about it as well, since they will never make any more C3's and the 3-series is still in production and ugly as sin as well.
