This is the "qwhee's" wide body kit, (Or something like that, I'm not all up on that kit because it's so ugly.), one of the most overdone kits ever developed for the second generation Eclipse. Totally ruins the smooth body style of the Eclipse for more "techno ugly" look.
Oh, and getting that car in the 13's? Easy. With, you'd need to run 11's to make up for those looks. Too bad he didn't buy some nice 17" TE-37's instead of all that money/paint on the kit.

Looks like a vaccum cleaner. I'd rather be in a Chevette, too. Especially one with a 500 cube Cadillac motor....that's 11 seconds, easy.

This is the UGLIEST car I have ever seen. (Going by the body styling, not counting paint!)
