I see these in car mags quite a bit, they're usually fairly cheap and in good condition for the price the owners are usually asking, which is hardly ever about $7500. For me it's hard to choose between pre-67 Chevies and Ford trucks style wise. I think the 50's F100 looked a bit better than the C/10s but GM edged out Ford in the sixties. But that's just my opinion.

I'm rather partial to '65 Ford trucks, but I'd also happily take a C10 of the same year. I'd also drive a '67-72 C10 or any of the boxy mid-70s Chevys. I must say though, the '56 Ford F100 big window is one of the most beautiful pickups ever made. '55-57 Chevys are nice too, as are '40 Fords.
