Description:
way too easy, but name it. I saw one at the junkyard today, almost bought it, all it
needed was a front clip and radiator. turbo, too. |

actually, I tell a lie. I'm not terribly sure daytonas could be got from the factory with AWD, but I've seen the swap on a couple of websites, in goes a 4G63, and there go your power problems. It makes sense they'd have an AWD version, but I have yet to find documentation of one. The daytona I saw was at least turboed, though. |

I've never seen an AWD Daytona before. I have seen the 2.2L turbo engine in the Daytona, Shadow, Spirit, etc...but never with AWD. And as for the comment about being able to swap in parts from Talons.... which parts could you do? There isn't a single thing that I can think of that would swap over other than maybe the turbo.. |

I've seen an entire 4G63 powertrain swap into one of these. Sure it's a lot of work, but by the measurements and so forth, it should work. |

It would be cool if it was AWD, it would be so much fun to surprise people with. |

I don't believe this is a widebody conversion. If I'm not mistaken, this is the original Dodge prototype for the Daytona. |

this was a protoytpe made in 1990 I don't know why. maybe for future Daytona styling? I saw it in a book. well it does resemble the 1992 Daytona. the last ones had headlights like that
