I rarely see cop SUVs with the notable exception of the Ford Expedition, the Grosse Pointe cops got the new 07 models in and I have to say I never realized how big the damn things are. I see statey Tahoes and Burbans every so often on 696 and I-75 along with their Emergency Service variants whenever there's a bad accident, which is usually not very often espescially if the weather is nice.

Both Satellite Beach and Indian Harbour Beach police departments each have one Explorer in full-livery and lightbar... but that's about it. It's all Crown Vics (and one Harley) for the rest of the fleets.

Explorer's are usually used as code-enforcement vehicles around here.

#4, I think the SCS PD used them (Explorers) for K9-units for a short period of time back in the late nineties but I can't be sure.

#5, Join the club, I live in one!

#7, My neighborhood was built in the 1950s, it's nice and safe but there's really not a whole lot to do. Say what you will but it's alot better than living in one of those newer upper-middle class subdivisions in the middle of nowhere where there's no sidewalks and the whole thing is set up like a maze and the houses have virtually no distinguishing characteristics except for the color of the baskeball hoops, bleh...

#8, My grandma's neighboorhood is okay, built in the early 60s with mostly the same kind of houses which have been modified over the years. It's small, too. Just 2 streets going down to the water with a cross street at the end.

#5, That particular chunk of town is mostly duplexes. My neighborhood is an older tract (built in 1981) with about 5 or 6 different styles of homes so my house doesn't look quite the same as all the rest :)

I live in a 4 plex. Built in 2002-3. I used to live in a neighbourhood built in the 40's. It sucked
