Description:
Behemoth.
Polish black/death/extreme metal band (that Sensekhmet hates). VERY brutal, very agressive. Bought their album called "Demigod", fast precise drums, good present bass, crunchy guitar riffs, guttural (singer sings like he has a sock in his mouth, gotta get used to it) vocals, overall very entertaining. Strictly for people who like violent stuff. |

I don't hate the band and I even don't hate that kind of music. I just don't understand it, I can't find any music in it. Just annoying noise. Like a combination of loose valves in a C3J, dead syncromeshes in a JB5001 and squeaky torsion beam in a Super 5, without being accented by straight through exhaust and tire squeals. |

#4, Not everything has to relate to your Renault.
I just remembered asking you once if you liked that band and you answered "Hell no!!".. I compose melodic music in the likes of In Flames, Darkane, Scar Symmetry myself and I still really appreciate violent powerful music sometimes, like Behemoth. I still can find some melody in it. |

#5, For some reason you (Americans) tend to use love/hate a lot. What about like/dislike, prefer/rather not, etc.?
And it's good not everything relates to that rust heap, else the world would end in a year or so. |

#6, I'm not American. And often say "I don't really like that" or "I don't hate it" or "It's not what I prefer, but". It's just more easy for everyone to say they hate or love something. |

I just mean that everytime you get the slightest occasion, you refer to your car. It's getting annoying, sorry. I don't mean to me harsh or anything, but I get annoyed sometimes. |

#8, Understood. As I've already mentioned, it's a love/hate affair, a real drama. Especially since it has been diagnosed with a terminal cancer.
#7, OK. |

#11, DON'T judge a book by it's cover. They looks like... well I don't want to say the actual words, but IF you like brutal metal, you'll defenitly love it. If not, fark off!!1 |

#12, C'mon dude, I'm just horsing around, don't take it personally. Of course lots of death metal bands look like ninnies, I mean, what kind of conclusions am I supposed to draw from this picture? I will say that they are effectively creepy on some levels, mostly in the "might shoot up the school" category, but still. And I like the heavier stuff too, don't get me wrong, when you're stuck in a truck listening to Kenny Chesney all day some Scar Symmetry doesn't sound like a bad idea. |

#13, Ahah I'm not taking it personally, just bad internet interpretation I guess.. I know what you mean and I don't approve their looks either, but after listening to Demigod, well, wow.
Am I the one who talked to you about Scar Symmetry ? Fuck I love them so much. |

#14, I recall you suggesting some heavy metal bands, I believe SS was among them. I downloaded some stuff off their first LP and I must say I enjoyed it. To be perfectly blunt it's not my type of music, but I like to swtich genres up every now and then, everyone needs some Swedish death metal in their lives. |

#18, Ha, I still got the factory amp in the back of my Chrysler, when I turn it up enough it gets pretty loud. But that's loud in the mind of an old fart such as myself, it's no where near the amps of the tooth-rattling woofers I hear near me. Woofers, btw, would be a luxury item for me at this point but I'll admit I'd love to have a nice set, nothing too ridiculous. Maybe a couple of 10" in a box with a 750 watt Kenwood amp.
