#9, I think so. The front fascia looks different, I don't see any white lettering on the driver's door in the main picture, and I also don't see a wing on the back (although the narrowness of the wing + the angle of the picture makes that one a tough call). #10, They are either two different cars or the same car at different stages. The front end of the other one is completely different, look at the headlights and compare them with the first picture, which has stock lights and a slightly less exaggerated front end shape.
