#4, it looks like (i might be wrong) the rear wheel on the other side matches the rear on the passenger side.

#6, Maybe one of his fronts was flat, so instead of making the car lopsided, he put another stocker on too, to not make it so lopsided?

He could only afford two new wheels and tires, and he's saving up for the fronts. Classic riceboy move. They usually replace the back wheels first on a FWD car, since that way they can tell everyone that the stock front wheels are "for the drag tires."
